A one-day nature school in Marlborough, Aotearoa

Our story

A place of
belonging.

Outside, together. A community shaped by curiosity, practical learning and a connection to the place we call home.

Ōhinemahuta · Onamalutu, Marlborough

Our kaupapa

Learning starts
with belonging.

Nature connection, child-led exploration and play sit at the heart of our days. We make room for independence, creativity and learning to judge risk, with adults nearby to guide and support.

Real materials. Useful skills. Projects worth returning to. A familiar group, with time to build relationships and care for the land and each other.

Learning with the world

An idea is just
the beginning.

Read a map. Measure a shelter. Observe a habitat and explain what you noticed. Literacy, maths and science become useful in the things children want to do.
