When you get in touch

Your name, email address and message are saved in the school’s protected admin. A notification goes to the school’s Gmail inbox using Cloudflare. These service providers may process information outside New Zealand.

Please leave sensitive information out of your initial enquiry. We collect these privately when needed.

Your private family form

For a Discovery Day, we may send a private form to plan your visit. For regular enrolment, we send the intake form after offering a place. These collect the relevant contacts, collection arrangements, care needs and permissions. The Discovery Day form also asks about suitable dates and visit preferences.

The school team reviews these details in protected admin. A submission notification goes to the school’s email; detailed care answers stay in admin. Private links expire and close after submission. Please keep your link within your family.

Your choices and questions

Photo choices are optional. You can ask the team about the information we hold, request access or a correction, or ask us to delete an enquiry.

Contact the team through our enquiry form. We keep enquiry correspondence while it is needed to follow up with you.

What happens next

You can contact us directly by email instead of using the enquiry form. Sending an enquiry or private form does not confirm enrolment or book a Discovery Day. Emily will be back in touch to agree the next steps.
